Based in Berwick, Sustenance Nutrition can help you plan your weekly menu, shop for ingredients, supply recipes and keep you on track with cooking and preparation skills that best suit your needs.

You don’t have to spend hours slaving over a hot stove to eat well – it all comes down to planning. We give you the tools to make healthy habits that will last a life time.

Our Cooking Workshops

Indulge in a two-hour workshop to learn how to prepare and cook healthy food, simply and quickly for yourself and your family. Groups of 8 or less, these workshops will answer all you cooking questions and more. These workshops are hands on and you will be able to enjoy the food at the end of the class.
 
In these workshops you will learn how to choose the correct foods, how to make a balanced meal and where to buy the ingredients, plus lots of tips and tricks to improve your health and well-being. Book a 1:1 or for a group of your friends.

Winter Puddings

Learn to cook some delicious winter desserts and puddings in the Thermomix and traditionally.

This class includes some old time favourites and restaurant style desserts. Learn to wow your family and friends by learning 4 new recipes, by Chef, Sue Verhey.

$40pp – includes tastings and take home samples on the night. Please bring your own container and apron.

Gluten Free Cooking

Create some fabulous gluten free bread, pastry and baked items for your family using these simple recipes.

Thermomix and traditional cooking. Easy to follow recipes and tasty alternatives for you and your family.  

$40pp – Please bring an apron and a container to take home some treats.

Wednesday 11 September, 7-9pm

Detox Workshop

Chef and Nutritionist, Sue Verhey, will show you how to start a weight loss program by detoxing your body through food.

Juices, salads and smoothies made from fresh ingredients plus a comprehensive booklet on all the steps you need to take to rid your body of toxins to help you feel amazing.
