I am a passionate cook and lover of fresh food. Using the Thermomix is a wonderful asset to my kitchen, it makes preparations so quick and easy, plus I can set things to cook, knowing that it will not burn, or spoil. It’s like having an apprentice in my kitchen.
I love translating my recipes into Thermomix recipes, it is about the only appliance I use in my kitchen apart from my stove top and oven.

Varoma Steaming Class
Learn all there is to know about steaming foods in the Thermomix. Foods include main meals and desserts, simple and easily. These dishes are tasty and moist, as the steam locks in the flavour. Food can be consumed after class as late lunch.
Monday 17 June
Learn how to make pastry from scratch and use it in a variety of ways. Both sweet and savoury pastry will be made in this class. Bring a container to take home some treats.
